Welcome to our Contract Management course, designed to equip contractors and subcontractors: site engineers, site agents, contracts managers and other site management staff, with essential skills in managing construction contracts. This course focuses on the standard engineering & construction contract documents in South Africa: GCC, JBCC, FIDIC, and NEC. Delegates will develop a structured approach to managing contracts from tendering through to snagging and hand-over.
